We can confidently handle all aspects of the debtor creditor relationship. Our experience in this area is vast on both the debtor and the creditor side. On the creditor side, we regularly represent parties with confessions of judgment. We can also assist parties with promissory note drafting, enforcement, and litigation. We’ve represented creditors where a fraudulent transfer may have taken place. For example, when one spouse transfers property to the other spouse when an action for money damages is pending or a transfer by a debtor to a corporation owned by family.

On the debtor side, we assist clients with bringing proceedings under Debtor & Creditor Law Section 150 to discharge record judgments after a bankruptcy discharge order is issued.
